Paula Vernet: Professor of Public International Law. Consultant specialist in international law at the National Commission on the Outer Limit of the Continental Shelf (COPLA).
Juan Bautista Allegrino: Graduated in Physical Oceanography at the University of Buenos Aires and specialized in wave forecasting, MetOcean studies and mathematical modeling applied to Physical Oceanography. Head of Numerical Analysis at COPLA.
