Plan País Argentina: a cross-party proposal
Plan País Argentina is a new generation space that creates integral value: social, economic, environmental, cultural and public.
We are a collaborative citizen intelligence network whose objective is the elaboration of a detailed Country Plan composed of State policies for the economic development and growth federal and sustainable development of the Argentine Republic. At the same time, we are working hard on the cultural change to sustain them, so that they are maintained, transcend the governments of the day and enable the development of a productive, participatory, vibrant and creative Federal Argentina to include everyone: a true paradigm shift. Plan País Argentina is not, nor does it aspire to be, a political party and is not financed by public funds of any nature.
How will we achieve this? We believe it is imperative that in Argentina we stop talking about "fighting poverty" and start talking about "enlarging the cake".: generating wealth and making it circulate. To put the issue on the agenda, to make it a common ground, to overcome it, with the cross-cutting support of all citizens.
We work on massiveness and knowledge in order to develop a critical mass of citizens who will demand #YoQuierounPlanparaMiPaísThe first is that each politician who stands for election, and that in turn each candidate transparently shows the team of suitable people who will accompany him or her to implement it, because no one governs alone, and to get out of the chaos in Argentina, a solid, cohesive, multidisciplinary team with excellent knowledge is needed. And not just economists. Much less militants.
We will make use of the Law 24.747The Popular Initiative, which states that citizens can submit bills to Congress by signing at least, 1.5% of the census electoral. That is, more than 450,000 people.
We will present a set of legislative proposals so that our 5 Pillars i.e. bio-economy, mining, energy, knowledge economy and tourism, generators of genuine foreign exchange at the federal level, are declared state policies.
At the same time, a detailed and strategic Country Plantogether with a Target Planwhich sets out the deadlines of the same; that the citizens can monitor and in turn allow it to act as a moderator. of the actions of our representatives.
Citizens need to know how each government receives and delivers its administration.
