You already know our goal: the elaboration of a detailed Country Plan, composed of State Policies that transcend political cycles. But what does this mean?
State policies are those fundamental principles that serve as a guide for the government of a nation. 
. They are shared by all political expressions in a country and their implementation does not depend on changes of government as a result of electoral results (every 4 years in our country).
State policies set courses of action for a country, set the way forward for those who represent it, and influence society as a whole. They express the way in which the state intervenes in relation to a given issue.
State policies are not just public policies, they cannot be developed by a single government or representative; they must be the product of a series of agreements between the main political parties, over a certain period of time.
State policies are strategies for moving a country forward, looking to the future and defining criteria to solve structural problems.
